My mom called me, at 5:17 PM... on 12/23/23... ...and we spoke, for a while. As is customary, I told her it's ideal... to suggest matters, that 'advance my cause'... and are promotive, of my status quo... ...rather than those, which are of stagnation... and regression. She happens to have biases, and a skewed perception of reality... ...regarding my estranged relatives, and her deceased husband... ...who arguably was a stranger to her, when they had been married.

I inquired with my mom, as to what would be happening for Christmas... in 2 days... She said that nothing was planned, and I remarked to her... about the importance, of this holiday (the celebration, of Jesus Christ's birth...). Nevertheless, she suggested that Thanksgiving would have to 'carry over'... 

NOTE #1:
I reminded my mom, that in the 5th grade... a friend of mine (then), by the name of Taylor Stottlemyre... ...had been having a party, in the neighborhood (of the Pine Creek subdivision)... ...from 7 PM to 10 PM... For no legitimate or logical reason, I was unable to attend... ...and I recall my peers, saying that such was a 'good party'... ...the next time, I went to school.

(there had been a field trip to Jefferson City, at Chesterfield Elementary... ...so going down the street, about 400 meters... should not, have been a 'big deal')

NOTE #2:

There was also a party ('birthday') of Bryan Whitman, that I was unable to attend... for similar reasons...

These are 'minor' instances, of the emotional/psychological abuse... I had been rendered, in my childhood... ...and when I brought this up, to my mom (since I had suddenly recalled such, in our conversation)... she merely said that that was 'the way, my dad was'...
